Is this a franchise?
  • No. As a member of the Virtual-e-fit team you acquire privileges that make all the proprietary services available to you as long as you are in good standing with Virtual-e-fit. [Good standing means you are current with your maintenance fees.]
Does Virtual-e-fit control the fees I charge my clients?
  • Absolutely not. We recognize you as a professional capable of determining the rates you charge your clients. We do offer rate packages that you might find useful and adopt, but you are under no obligation to adhere to them. Our mission is to help you with the business components of your enterprise. How you value yourself and how your clients perceive your value is entirely up to you. We can say with confidence, however, that the tools available to you from Virtual-e-fit do have an impact on client perception of value. As you grow more skillful in the use of our proprietary network and Trainer Toolbox, We anticipate you will discover clients will value you more than if you were operating on your own.
What happens after I sign up?
  • Once you process your order you will receive a confirming email with your user name and password. Once there you will find a step-by-step instructional video and text session showing you how to use all the tools in the Trainers Toolbox. Additionally, a welcome kit (including the Virtual-e-fit proprietary camera) will be shipped to you.
How do I collect my fees?
  • You’re paid directly through your own web site. Virtual-e-fit sets you up with Pay Pal as one of your web sites integrated features. Other features include: branded email; Newsletters, & program offerings.
I need more information. Can I talk with someone at Virtual-e-fit before I sign up?
  • Of course. To better budget time to handle your inquiry we ask that you email us the Inquiry Form giving us the best time to call you. One of the Virtual-e-fit Officers will call you. We regard you as insightful, sincere, and a professional and prefer to give you the personal attention of one of our Officers to help you with your questions or concerns.

    We don’t feel putting your call in a “pool” of other callers will deliver the kind of service we want you to experience from us. And, conversely, we want you to demonstrate that level of service to your potential clients.
